A researcher submits their application, credentials, team, budget, research plan. Agent Swarm review it in parallel: identity, legal standing, domain expertise, team verification, conflict of interest. An Orchestrator Agent issues a single verdict. Every decision is written permanently to Arweave.

Once verified, the campaign goes live. Anyone funds it through Token2022 Confidential Balances on Solana, amounts encrypted on-chain, both sides pseudonymous. Every funder receives a Contribution NFT mapping to a fraction of any IP the research produces.

The community powers the experiments. Contributors run the VIGILFI Compute Client on idle GPUs and earn $VIGIL for every verified hour of research compute delivered.

As milestones are hit, AI agents verify results and release the next funding tranche automatically via smart contract escrow. Final results are stored permanently on Arweave. Novel discoveries mint an IP-NFT on Solana. Contribution NFT holders receive proportional fractions. Licensing royalties flow back to every holder, privately, on-chain, automatically, forever.
