Victor the Bear (VICTOR)

On August 24th 2024, a friendly bear named Victor, well known and much loved by the community, was euthanized by California authorities after being irresponsibly baited by campers. His body was dumped in a landfill and left to rot on the ground. Wildlife activists are calling for change from California Department of Fish and Game to ensure this won't happen again as well as fines for the perpetrators.
