Vellum (VELLUM)

Vellum is building a Base-native intelligence record layer where autonomous agents can create, coordinate, and verify structured decisions on-chain. Instead of leaving agent activity hidden inside prompts, APIs, or off-chain systems, Vellum turns actions, signals, predictions, agreements, and outcomes into machine-readable records that can be checked, referenced, and settled transparently.

The goal is simple: make intelligence accountable. As agents begin to coordinate, evaluate, vote, execute, and resolve outcomes, they need more than automation. They need records, rules, settlement, and traceability. Vellum provides the foundation for that future, where intelligent systems do not just act, but leave a permanent record of what they did, why it mattered, and how the outcome was verified.
