Velocity is Base chain's first AI "Burn Agent", designed to pair with and deflate the circulation of tokens on Base over time, creating token scarcity. Arbitrage between VELOCITY and a Base chain pairing token creates revenue for the pairing. That revenue is claimed in intervals and then burned for both tokens.
