RentStac (RNS)

RentStac.com is a decentralized, non-custodial protocol that enables anyone to participate in the real estate market as an investor, manager, or validator.

Through tokenization, each property is represented by digital shares (tokens) issued by a dedicated SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle), ensuring that token holders have proportional rights to the economic flows and decision-making related to the asset.

Investors contribute to the market by depositing capital to acquire tokenized shares of properties. Simultaneously, property managers integrated into the platform manage real assets according to standardized contracts, with KPIs monitored through IoT and on-chain reconciliations.

The system does not require manual management of complex deeds or direct establishment of companies by users: the entire process is automated and managed by smart contracts that regulate both token distribution and cash flows (rents, yields, appreciations).

Yields are distributed programmatically, using stablecoins or the native RNS token.
