Privy Protocol (PRIVY)

Privy is a privacy focused stealth address protocol on Base ETH. It enables a payer to transfer funds to a unique, newly generated address. This address is fully controlled by the intended recipient, with only the payer and recipient aware of the connection. All fees require PRIVY coin, which are spent to facilitate sending ETH transactions.
