The idea to create a meme Token based on Elon’s tweet came instantly, we just waited for the right time, and that time is April 20th of 2022 at 4:20 pm UTC. This special day has become an international counterculture holiday, where people gather to celebrate and consume cannabis.

The meme was born with the recent announcements of Elon Musk buying 9.2% of Twitter stocks. A meme was starting to circulate the net and eventually ended up on Elon’s Twitter feed. The meme is a photo showing the Tesla CEO smoking cannabis at Joe Rogan podcast interview, the caption stating: “Twitter’s next board meeting is gonna be lit”. We decided to dedicate a Token with an unusual twist to the tokenomics, where the total supply will consist of ONLY 420 tokens. We used the awesome sketch artwork of Elon smoking by Nima Sotoudeh and we added our own touch to it.
