Establish a legal entity (foundation or shares)

Create EGGcoin v2
(Currently 0% tax, so set up a tax to eliminate bots. And secure development and operating expenses)
For the creation of v2, we will put the same amount of money into Lp and do a 1:1 airdrop.
We will then develop the system as we raise funds.

The problem with step 2 is that the 1:1 airdrop will result in a loss for the holder due to the sell tax if a tax is set.
We will add an airdrop of about the same amount from the operating wallet.

✈️Airdrop will be scheduled after the incorporation.
Therefore, the snapshot timing is planned for late Q2.
