Doxycycline. FDA-approved antibiotic, demonstrated to extend median lifespan in worms by greater than 90% in multiple studies. At low doses, shown to activate key longevity pathways that enhance mitochondrial function, reduce inflammation, and support cellular waste removal. Off-label use to treat chronic inflammatory conditions and neurodegenerative disease. Launched by Rapamycin Longevity Lab in collaboration with the Center for Healthy Longevity, National University of Singapore.
