Forged in the docks of Lisbon under the blessing of the Order of Christ, its keel carved from enchanted cedar said to grow only in the Azores, it bore sails marked with the crimson cross and lined with threads of gold.
In the 15th century, when the Age of Discoveries was at its height, King Manuel I of Portugal commissioned a secret voyage known only as A Viagem do Ouro Eterno — “The Voyage of Eternal Gold.” A single caravel, the Santa Luminária, was tasked with mapping not just lands, but the currents of fate. Legends also tell that the ship’s compass was no ordinary device, but a relic from the Holy Land — a compass that did not point north, but towards opportunity, fortune, and divine providence.

It was said the Caravela de Ouro could sail not only across seas but through the unseen currents between worlds. Sailors swore that when the moon was high and the prayers of the crew were strong, the ship would vanish into a shimmer of starlight, reappearing weeks later laden with treasures never seen before: coins that glowed faintly in darkness, their surfaces etched with shifting patterns like waves in moonlight.
