Launched in 08/02/2019 by a team based in London, UK. Bricktrade is a real estate tokenisation platform that enables property developers to tokenise their assets to raise much needed development finance. Bricktrade also tokenises built assets to fractionalise their ownership. Bricktrade provides bank beating interest to investors, while providing fractionalised ownership of real estate, so investors can now own a share of a stable real world asset whilst also earning interest.
