Alux (ALUX)

"Cenotes del Alux" is an exclusive 10,000 NFTs collection that blends art, conservation, and sustainable tourism in a unique effort to protect and promote the cenotes and natural areas of the Yucatán Peninsula. This project created by three founders and friends and passionate about the environment, donates 50% of the NFTs to Cenotes del Alux, an organization dedicated to installing dry ecological toilets, showers, and offering coaching in sustainable practices in cenotes and farm areas throughout the region.
With an estimated 10,000 cenotes across the peninsula, each NFT represents a specific cenote and serves as a special access pass to cenotes protected by "Cenotes del Alux." NFT holders gain exclusive access to conserved cenotes, starting with Santa Cruz cenote in Chan Cenote in the outer limits of Tizimin, Yucatan, with each NFT symbolizing the promise of expanding this access network to more cenotes in the future.
Inspired by Sergio Neri's piece "La Gruta del Alux", the collection was created in collaboration with over 20 international artists, resulting in a distinctive Alux character with more than 400 accessories and 100 unique backgrounds, evoking the cultural and natural richness of th region with a blend of art and particular
