What is AFTHENA ?

A governance token can be imagined as a voting card. In our project, this voting card is the AFT token. Everyone who has this token has the right to vote. Those entitled to vote have a say in important elections, such as financial accounting, marketing strategies and administration.

The goal of governance is to make decisions that enrich the whole project and its community.

The AFT token is based on the ERC-20 standard. That means it contains all the current functionalities of today’s cryptocurrency. It is a Yield token and voting token. For the Dao, the token was redesigned so that a wallet address can only hold 1 token. This should ensure that a large community has a say and that large whales cannot influence the elections.

The AFT holders receive 30% of all earnings automatically. This is to ensure that governance makes informed decisions that affect their own returns.
