The holders vote, in fast on-chain-signed epochs, on which KOL from our 115-name board should be paid to call the coin. The winner gets a public offer sized by the chest. If they accept, the payment lands on the receipts wall with its transaction hash before their post goes out. If they ignore it, the offer rolls into the next epoch's pot and their card records it forever.

The board is a living dossier: real wallets, win rates, follower counts and controversies, all sourced. The community can propose and vote new KOLs on in hours. Project direction is decided by holder votes that bind the team, and every decision prints to a public log. The X account narrates it all automatically from live data.
