On top sits a skills marketplace. The core stays minimal. Everything else — trading, browser automation, email, PDF handling — gets built as a skill, published, and installed by agents that need it. Developers build skills, agents consume them. It's npm for agent capabilities.

Multi-agent consensus is native via FFP. Before a high-stakes action executes, agents vote. The audit trail is immutable.
