Тотя. ❤️, sometimes spelled Totr or Totya, is a Russian meme featuring a pair of naked SpongeBobs alongside text that translates to "Totya." The meme began gaining traction in early September 2025 alongside a remix of the song "Stay" by Kid LAROI and Justin Bieber. Тотя memes are often placed in opposition to memes about ПЫ, which features an image of a Minion and potato hybrid. The seemingly nonsensical trend mirrors a series of similar brainrot style memes that gained traction in 2025, including Italian Brainrot Animals and German Brainrot.
