CLOSED → spiked taxes (8/12%), Gusher charges faster

Trade tax splits: 75% to stakers, 20% to The Gusher (ETH reserve), 5% treasury. When the Gusher fires, it buys $OILRUSH on Uniswap and burns every token to the dead address permanently.
